I ordered this product and it arrived a little late. It was new and unworn. However, it was too small and I sent it back without being able to try it on. I couldn't get my foot through the hole. I returned everything in its original condition and packaging. However, my refund amount was $20 less than what I paid for. No explanation given. I will never buy shoes from this company again!
