I don't think it's pure tung oil. It needs to be cut with something like paint thinner. It is not as viscous as pure tung and does not have a particularly strong tung odor that lingers until completely dry. I will use it as the first coat because it needs to penetrate the wood since it has been thinned. Then I will buy another tung oil, more expensive but definitely pure. I would just like to know what was actually in the stuff so I can make informed decisions. Was it too passive-aggressive? Good Good. WHAT IS LIQUID? BECAUSE IT'S HELLPROOF, NOT A PURE DONG. Okay, this should be cute and straight forward.
