OEM saved the day for the steering system
I was going to buy one from Advanced but figured it would be better to pay a little more for the OEM than just in case. The old one was a little tricky to take off but it's done 260,000 miles so that's to be expected, but it's definitely smoother now so hopefully that will improve the fuel mileage a bit.
