Basket works great improves dishwasher function

I really like this basket, 3/4 of them work great. The only problem is that one of the bars at the top doesn't have a tab to attach it to the basket so the bar cannot be attached properly. Certainly an upgrade over the typical dishwasher, this concept makes it easier to wash more cutlery so it doesn't "stack" on top of each other. In my photos, yellow is the "right" side of the basket, but for that. However, on the "left" side (red) the hole is clearly marked on the basket, but the rust itself looks like it was never formed with a prong. So basically I can only use baskets that fit 3/4 of the basket and only use that side for large dishes that I usually hand wash.
