Great shoes for trail running.
I really like this shoe. It's light and very comfortable. This is good for soft and packed trails. For difficult rocky trails I would go for a stiffer sole. It's breathable, but the downside is that water can easily penetrate.

- The shoe is also designed for flexibility, allowing for a natural range of motion with every step.

- Not intended for cross-country or cross-country running
