No frills on the pope!
I bought two of these for my twin granddaughters. Thought they were super cute. Imagine my surprise when they arrived at the Pope with no frills, just the ankle. Very disappointed.

- These are our favorite leggings. Easy to dress up or dress up and so cute!
Cons
- 4-year-old daughter reports that she is "itching too". There are also no ruffles on the buttocks. False advertising.
