The interface is easy to use for new users as well as existing ones. It has some great features that allow it to be used in many different organizations at once without having to worry about compatibility issues. I wish there was an easier way to have reports show up faster when using bulk data export functions. Sometimes it takes awhile before you see results from exporting large amounts of data. We've been able to streamline our payroll process by automating so much of what we would previously do manually. Additionally, it gives us visibility into which employees are over or under payed compared to their peers.
