PRO: many lighting options, 3 colors and many brightness levels, low price. Durable, easy to use. With 2 lamps, you can customize the lighting of your face better than the competition. It really improved my Zoom calls. CONS: You need a USB adapter or USB socket for your computer. The plug in the wall heats up. If you used to be on the phone, connecting to a computer might not be an option.
