What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

So, we bought this wonderful device on the recommendation of friends at the end of November 2022. Turned on. It smelled strongly of cheap plastic. so much so that the temples hurt. The store, represented by the manager, agreed to take the device for examination, although it had to return the money for it immediately, at the first presentation of a claim, as is customary. Two weeks later, the verdict came - the device is functioning normally, there are no defects, no smell of phenol was detected. In this regard, I had an irresistible desire to lock the manager in a room with this device and keep it like that for 8-10 hours. And then talk about how they do the examination. We took a sink for the birth of a child. But this, this particular device, I won’t even put in the baby’s room, I’m not capable of this step! Yes, the purchase was impulsive, we trusted the opinion of friends, but later, after reading the comments here, we saw the same problem - a strong smell of plastic! I don’t know if BORK cares about the opinion of consumers, but the fact that they don’t give a damn about feedback is obvious. Do not get involved, do not be fooled, this is a yellow assembly, there is nothing vaunted German.

I am not strong in chemistry, and even an experienced head of the lab from the SES will not immediately say this with an accuracy of 50%, but the fact that there are emissions of phenol or formaldehyde or other garbage is clear as daylight! 2. BORK customer service, which, with all its appearance, made it clear that its problem of this stench does not care at all.
