I wanted a comfortable chair for the small space in my bedroom. Everything I looked at was too big until I found this. The product came in a large box. Overall the build quality was fine, apart from a VERY disappointing experience with the side armrests (see tip below). I assembled it in 30 minutes or so. The leather looks good, the stitching is clean. I find the chair very comfortable. I read in many reviews that the headrest is too low. However, I have some back issues and find the headrest is ideally positioned for support. When you recline a bit, the headrest supports your head just enough to comfortably read or watch TV without being in the position you want to fall asleep. However, if you recline the chair a little further, it's perfect for a little nap. Overall, this is a great option if you're short on space or need a chair that's easy to move. I would buy it again. Assembly tip: I struggled to align and connect the screws to the side armrests. I've had the best results by applying enough pressure to press the armrest pads against the backrest so the screw holes line up. And the only way to connect it was to connect the front screw first. (My issue is probably related to a production issue, but I thought I'd include this just in case.)
