NO SMELL, NO HARMFUL GASES! I read a lot of reviews before I decided to do this! I wanted a thicker mattress but the chemical smell was MAJOR! It was the best choice in my price range! My nephew thought it smelled like ZEFIR LOL! Convenient, now I use it as a mattress topper.

Bought a Zanussi bed but decided on a different mattress. Stumbled across this mattress and for the price thought why not. The mattress was hermetically sealed and took about an hour and 15 minutes to fully reach 5 inches. The bed is very comfortable and I would definitely buy it again. Better than spending 500 for a spare mattress in the bedroom.

I don't know what the manufacturer is talking about, but there is definitely a fiberglass cover under the outer cover of the mattress. I've been using it for a year and when I went to wash the mattress pad which says ok on the label the fiberglass was all over it. I had to throw away all my blankets and sheets and it itches terribly. My whole bedroom sparkles.

I have been buying memory foam mattresses online for many years. This isn't one. It's not difficult. It's cheaply glued together from thin sheets of Styrofoam and squeezes between your hands like a kitchen sponge. I am to assume that those who are happy with this purchase have never had a "real" memory foam mattress? It's just "foam" and the only thing I can remember of it is that it's cheaply made and not really a mattress for a child over the age of three. I bought the full size.
