Comfortable, true to size and probably good for the pool and beach as the insole does not absorb water, but the sole is too thick in my opinion, especially on the sole. back and since I got the white color it looks like women's high heel sandals. Just not my "conservative" style. Maybe the black version would look better. Also, if you're tall, keep in mind that these slippers will likely add about 2 inches to your height.
