So, good. My rescue dog who joined our family in August. He's adjusted quite well, but he has separation anxiety. We learned that he was adopted once and brought back before we adopted him. He always wants to be on someone's lap and can have a hard time when we leave the house. He is also very energetic. I'm 6'1" and when I'm standing he can jump over my elbow. So when we wanted to go for a walk, he stood in front of the door and jumped, jumped, very excited. It was cute at first, he's so excited, but one day he ended up wrong. Take it off and it will jump. Put it on, it stops. He's still excited and he'll still play. But he will also sit quietly next to you to scratch his head. He walks much calmer. Before the lightning shirt, he liked to try and attack things during our walks. Now he says oh look at the car. Oh look bird. He's interested but doesn't feel the need to blame them. He also feels a lot better when we're gone. If he wears a shirt, he doesn't have accidents around the house and doesn't tear anything. That's great! One thing, however, is to measure your dog before purchasing. Don't pay attention to the weight. We have two dogs that are five pounds apart and one is small and the other medium sized although the weight chart says they should both be small.
