Review on GALINER by Tay Cassanova

In my opinion as an advanced user, GALINER has recently let me down. There's a lot to choose from, including cleaning supplies and cigar accessories, but unfortunately the quality isn't great. A humidor I ordered from GALINER arrived broken. My interactions with customer service were met with long wait times and unhelpful agents. They didn't agree to provide a replacement until I called and emailed them multiple times. Not only was the humidor's construction subpar, but it also failed to keep the constant humidity level necessary for storing cigars. I had to go out and get a new one from a different manufacturer. In conclusion, I was not satisfied with GALINER. Although they have a wide variety of items to choose from, the quality is low and the support is subpar. In my opinion, you should avoid doing business with them.
