This is all you need to repair your Joy-Con Drift. I had no problems with the two joystick replacements I fitted. I saved the other two for another set of controllers I have. All I needed was the blue piece and two Phillips screwdrivers. Don't forget that there are two different sized screw heads that look very similar making it easy to use the wrong tool with them. Blue detail to open the case and gently lift the battery. Take your time and correct the drift. Also, don't forget to calibrate them afterwards. It's just a little bit different, but it makes a big difference.
