Not sure if it's great
I used to buy this at a mom's health food store in Newport Beach, California, they stopped selling it about 10 years ago because Twin Labs changed the ingredients. ok but i have no idea which is better. I know aloe vera makes my skin sticky so I'm going to mix it with a Twinlab aloe free bottle to make it work. the cast has really changed and they stopped buying it, i'm not that smart or i don't have the time
