You get what you pay for

Overall this is a decent little lamp and I'm sure if you're just using it for reading it will work great. However, I bought them for more targeted lighting when embroidering. It's not the most convenient, but doable. And unfortunately, it doesn't have too much lighting, and while there are three lighting modes, the intensity isn't adjustable.
