It's nice when it works, but it doesn't "really " work with every "normal " outlet.
I have the standard sockets but they are from 1997 and the plates only work if they are fitted the wrong way round. If the contacts were a bit higher or movable, then everything would work fine. The product itself is very pleasant. A panel was damaged trying to access the side screws. I contacted their support but they didn't offer to replace the disk which I broke trying to install it. And she said my sockets don't have side screws to which I told her that's not true because the plates work and align perfectly when turned upside down.
