Review on Inofia 28CM Latex Memory Mattress by Yousef Dudley

My old house had an amazing memory gel mattress so I had high expectations when I bought this mattress. I received it 7/7. After 5 weeks of trouble sleeping and nighttime numbness in my arms hips and legs because it's so heavy I decided to bring it back as part of the 100 Nights of Sleep Challenge. I can't return it through Revain, I have to contact Inofia directly. There is no phone number on their website, just an email address. I emailed customer service and explained that I wanted to return the mattress for a 100 day sleep test as I don't sleep well on it. I explained that parts of my body were numb from the stiffness and I wanted to know how Inofia would come to collect the mattress. I still have the original packaging. I was told they are on vacation until 17/08. I emailed them again on August 18th asking about the mattress return protocol. No Answer. I emailed again on August 24th and repeated the same thing. However, no reaction. I have already ordered a new orthopedic mattress to replace this Inofia mattress. If I had to guess, I think their "100 Nights Sleep Challenge" is a scam and they will not take this mattress back / honor the 100 day trial / refund my money for this durable mattress stone. If I were you and you prefer a softer mattress then this mattress is not for you. And if you think a good customer is essential, I would stay away from Inofia altogether.
