I like how it integrates with our HRIS system, which saves us time in data entry of employee information into both systems at once! The interface could be improved by making some things more intuitive (like adding an option to add salary history from previous pay periods). Also would have been nice if there was a way to see all open issues without having to go through every single one individually, but just going back to my last page worked fine. We are able to easily access/update salaries across multiple locations as well track any deductions we may need to make due to tax or social security withholding requirements.
