The most important thing about this system that benefits all our users from multiple organizations working together as partners across continents for one client/employer - its ease to access it when you need it! The ease to use for both employees as well as managers/HR personnel makes this system very user friendly! There are so many features that can be used not only internally but also externally such as Payroll Tax Reporting or other tax programs like TurboTax etc.. I like that it allows me to see all my employees' paychecks at once instead if having multiple tabs open for each employee separately! It's easy enough when you know how things work but took some time getting used too which can be frustrating as sometimes there are errors or changes made without updating your information first so always double check before submitting payment info/payroll checks etc..
