The ease to use for both employees as well as managers/HR personnel makes this system very user friendly! There are so many features that can be used not only internally but also externally such as Payroll Tax Reporting or other tax programs like TurboTax etc..

I wish there were more training options available outside just classroom learning since sometimes it's hard doing everything manually via spreadsheets which could cause errors if you're unfamiliar wtih using them. For example we had issues at one point where our HR department couldn't access certain pay periods (or months) from previous years - causing us some serious problems until fixed because they didn't know what happened!! Other than those few glitches overall great experience working through their platform! We've been able fix almost all internal processes within minutes instead having days spent trying things out ourselves which saved time AND money when we realized an issue.
