Sale Cookie Bags on sale I was looking for small, clear, food safe bags that could hold a medium sized cookie. My medium cookies are made with 1/4 cup or 2 ounces of batter each (I use a #16 scoop). When baked, they are 3 to 3.75 inches in diameter and 0.25 to 0.75 inches in height. This pouch fits this cookie size well: the pouch is big enough for the cookie to slide in easily, but small enough to leave little space. The plastic itself is transparent like glass, making it easy to see the contents. Note. A few of my cookies spread and flattened a little more than I expected. A 3.875 inch diameter biscuit fits into a pocket, but with difficulty. It was a strong squeeze and the plastic was stretched around a biscuit this size. Cookies that expanded to 4.0 to 4.125 inches in diameter and 0.25 inches in height would not fit in these pouches. I used a 4.5" x 5.5" pocket for them. At first I was concerned about the possible "dead space" above the cookie. , because I put round cookies in a rectangular bag. But the tape on the flap allows you to "size" the bag to your liking. You can pull the tab further down to shorten the bag to adjust the product. I placed each cookie in the bag right side up against the flap, then folded the flap a few inches past the cookie before taped it shut. This allowed me to get rid of the unused space at the top of the pack and still leave enough room. to attach a 1.5" round label to the top right corner of the wrapper without covering the cookie inside (see photo). I am very happy with them and would buy them again.
