Better than initially thought

At first my husband and daughter tried putting these on her feet. It was a no go. I actually started a return based on the fact my strong husband couldn't get them on her. Later I was looking at the and noticed if I rolled the ankle portion down the heel stuck out like a tongue. So I called my daughter over and tried myself to apply them. Worked like a charm. She uses them for tumbling and cheer. Gives her plenty of support . Also she has sensory issues and these do not bother her.

Pros

I wear the socks when I wear my sneakers to walk In. I find it helps with the pain.

May cause discomfort during extended use
