The lower case pushes easily. I understand why some people have to put in a lot of effort to put the top case on. You must first attach the top or bottom clips completely flush with this side. If you don't, say you secure the bottom first, then snap the sides, then the top, the top will be very difficult to reach. This is because the hand doesn't move once you get it. So if it's not completely flush on the first side, there's no way to install the opposite side. Once you get that first page fully flush, all other pages will work fine. Anyway, that was my experience. It then snapped into place perfectly, no broken clips, no cracked screen. Also didn't leave any marks on the clear plastic as others have mentioned. I like this cover very much. Let's see how it holds up.
