I like this foot cushion very much. I have had two spinal surgeries in the last four years and it is very important to keep my spine aligned when I sleep. I have tried a foldable pillow, long pregnancy pillow and leg pillow from another company. Both the pillow and the long pillow were too bulky and too hot in warm weather. The foot pillow was oddly shaped and I often found it on the floor next to the bed in the mornings. Its shell was also rough and prickly. The contoured footpad really stays in place all night, even when I toss from side to side. The white outer shell is smooth and comfortable, and I found my feet stayed cool all night. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone suffering from back pain.
