My encounter with the SENXILLER online store was unpleasant and irritating. I encountered a number of difficulties trying to shop on their website as a foreign consumer. The first issue is that the website does not accept my local currency, and the conversion rates were negative, leading to costly goods. Second, on top of the already expensive rates, the shipping costs were astronomical. It was sad that the things arrived damaged and that the delivery was delayed. The customer service staff was also unresponsive and useless in resolving my problems. My annoyance was increased by their lack of transparency and communication, which also left me feeling like their customers weren't respected. Finally, I would not advise anyone to use SENXILLER outside of their home country. To give a positive purchasing experience, they must strengthen their foreign customer assistance, their shipping and delivery procedures, and their pricing policies.
