Not bad for the price! This is a semi-hard case. It feels like the shell the fabric is sewn around is like a hard cardboard material. You can fold this inner material if you have actually folded it. So I recommend keeping this in mind when attempting to repair a collapsed area or similar. Also, all those hard cases (I've ordered many different types over the years) always came in a big envelope, the product itself just in a plastic bag. The "cheaper" suitcases never have boxes! Because of this, they are prone to slight deformation. Mine was slightly bent on the left side. I was able to reform it easily though! Overall I am very satisfied! good case for sure! that's just the risk during transportation! if suitcases had a small box instead of a plastic bag, it would solve a lot of problems.
