
Update: Brother customer service is fantastic. They lost their first order for a new toner cartridge so I contacted them for an update. They apologized and sent NIGHT a new one! This completely solved the problem, there were no more toner specks. ************************* I get toner specks on my printouts after the printer hasn't been used for a while. I used chat support and they did a great job of helping me clean the drum, but it didn't fix the issue. The replaced printer and the new one have the same problem. I decided to contact Brother (via chat) as I thought they knew this printer better than Revain. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and concluded that the toner cartridge may have an issue. They send me a replacement toner cartridge to check. They even asked me to return the service report for the defective cartridge and printer so they could analyze it. I like a company that wants to fix the problem and not just get your money back. I will update this review as soon as I have a chance to test a new cartridge. Depending on the result, the stars can rise or fall.
