We bought this for our son for his birthday and when it was opened he didn't notice anything else. Our daughter also played with it at the same time on the opposite side of the board (enough room for 2 kids to play, but not necessarily enough magnets depending on the design chosen). There are all kinds of designs that are easy to create with design cards. It's very similar to Lego but doesn't hold together and everything is flat see picture. Find a detail. Put it on the board. The pieces stick to the surface very well and are relatively thick, which seems to last a long time. Large drawings take up the entire board, so plan ahead and start at the edge!
