I've had the GT-191 tablet for a few months now. All of a sudden my pen stopped working so I contacted support. They took advantage of a loophole and refused the one-year warranty, so I had to buy the pen myself. The pen they sent was NOT a PW500 and when I checked for the error the pen was marked as "unavailable". I am very disappointed in their service and expected more.
