The ability to create multiple views, graphs & charts of all our data in one place! I love that we can easily share this information with clients/colleagues via email or social media channels like Slack / Teams etc without having any technical knowledge required (like connecting an API). We also use it internally as well which makes life easier when you have people working remotely from different time zones around world :) It's easy enough even new users will be able understand how everything works but there are still some things they need training about so maybe more tutorials would help? Having accessible tools helps us stay organised while increasing efficiency within team too - especially during busy periods where everyone needs answers quickly.
