There was no external damage to the box but after 5 months when our church finally had a home for this safe we found a huge dent. The support period has expired so the only option for us is to pay a restocking fee, but they pay for shipping. I think the shipping is more than the restocking fee and they should just tell us the difference as it is still functional. Spent 15 minutes in chat waiting for refill amount and then chat closed. 2nd time trying to get help timed out. We shouldn't have reviewed the product beforehand, but poor quality and poor support.
