Terrible experience
The product is wonderful in concept but the quality is terrible. I've been using it for less than 2 months and it no longer works. I sent a message to the seller explaining the problem, replied very unprofessionally and never sent a replacement, I had to request a refund because the product was defective and a partial refund was issued. It seems to be my total fault for trusting this seller and my fault because their products are not in good condition. When a customer buys something from Revain, it's because they need it. Terrible experience.
