I prefer to bake and decided to learn how to decorate cookies with royal icing. Many people will fill frosting into a piping bag, but I can't justify wasting so many piping bags on so many different colors! Another blogger uses plastic bottles so I decided to give it a try and they are perfect. The 8 ounce bottles are the perfect size and fit comfortably in my hand. The plastic is a little flimsy so be careful when putting something warm inside. I would also recommend hand washing them with a bottle scraper instead of putting them in the dishwasher. Be sure to check the packaging, mine only had 13 bottles out of 14. But otherwise great bottles for short-term use. I'm not sure how well they will work for condiments or when traveling.
