Review on Gold Toe Stripe Heather Skipper by Kobby Cagle

My kids wear uniforms at our public school, so I try to cheer up my daughter with fancy tights and knee socks. So it was great! I love the bold, fun color on one pair and the whimsical stripe pattern on the other. They sit a little on her but that's because I didn't realize I ordered the 4th size and she the 2nd size. So they're a little lifted on their legs and they walk a little higher, but it doesn't matter! It is so much fun!
