I was very excited to get this product and try it as it seemed like something that would get rid of my hair problems. I had a really hard time hooking hair properly and if you don't do it right you will end up with huge balls of hair. If you can fix it right and get the right length, the curls will come out great. I gave it 3 stars because it's difficult to use, but I have to mention that I have very long hair. I think if I had shorter hair it wouldn't get tangled as easily. Great concept and layout for this of course, but I think the mechanics need more work.
