I read the wrong description and was a little frustrated when the systems I bought didn't come with a stylus or SD card. After contacting the seller, he pointed out my mistake in the mis-description but still offered to give me a small credit back so I could give my kids a stylus. The delivery was a few days late but I was informed of this. Otherwise exactly as described, in excellent condition with minor cosmetic damage (case or leather can't fix anything). So overall it was a good purchase and even better customer service when I thought there was a problem with my order. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a system at a great price to buy from them! The only thing I would recommend for the seller in the future is to delete them before shipping as one still had someone else's profile and I had to figure out how to reformat the system with an active profile.
