Review on Cinch for Business by Jesse Spoja

The process of using cinch was very easy and straight-forward. It is similar in how I use PayPal as my business has an escrow account through it - so I like everything about having this integrated into our system! We've had several people ask if they can pay by text with no problems at all. Honestly it hasn't been much trouble thus far but we have only just started working together and haven't run into any issues yet. There are few things I wish were different which would make the overall experience better; however those differences will likely come down to preference. As stated above, integration between payments/credits card info is great because we get credit card statements directly from Paypal or Visa, etc. Also allows me (as owner) some visibility into who's purchasing what when without having to email everyone separately every time there is something purchased. The ease of use and the ability to have a local community feel. I love that it is easy to use and the staff is always willing to help. It is not always easy to find a local community that you feel comfortable with. I also do not like that you cannot do a loyalty program. I would like for there to be a way to do a loyalty program. I am able to find local businesses in a very specific area. I am able to get a feel for a community and its needs.
