Mine had a piece torn off which turned out to be a divider to keep the wheels inside the case from sticking together and falling off quickly. Otherwise it works great. Bulkier than I was hoping, but honestly I'm not sure what to expect. The biggest downside I've encountered is that when rolling, part of the casing rubs against the roller and sheds bits of the white plastic roller paper. I can't seem to figure out exactly how to hold it, what's causing it or not, because it's not every time but often enough to be annoying. I use what I have left over from the pack. Although in the future I will leave this in the car and buy a simple smaller scooter with a lid to carry in my bag and use this in the car. I like that it doesn't feel like a detergent.
