I bought these to give out homemade Christmas cakes. At 8 x 8 they will hold a few cupcakes, muffins, a small cake or quite a few cookies. I love that they come with yarn, faux greenery to decorate them a bit, and little cards. But I can choose not to use twine and instead use holiday-colored curling ribbon. I love that the white boxes go with any type of tape. My only complaint is that the boxes are a bit flimsy - I'll tape the bottom off because I don't want to risk my baked goods falling through. At just under $17 for 12 boxes, the price is good enough to go well with my Christmas baking.
