Great adapters. or "something to get something working that it wasn't meant for". These widgets are great for making you believe that your compact 1/4" impact wrench can do the job of a 1/2" impact wrench. even if he can't or shouldn't. It even removes a few nuts. However, be aware that this only works for a while and your tool will eventually fail prematurely. I used this kit for a bit of brake work before gritting my teeth and buying a Makita 1/2 inch impact wrench. The old (matte) model is now very affordable. The bits themselves are very durable and will undoubtedly last a lot longer than the impact wrench you abuse. This assumes they don't get stuck in the feed permanently.
