I used to avoid recipes that said "cut meat with two forks". INDEED? No, just no. You can't do it on a flat surface without the meat moving around you, and doing it in a bowl isn't very efficient either, especially if you have a lot of meat to chop. However, I will no longer avoid these recipes. These things are awesome. I can rip and tear flesh really easily, and in the blink of an eye. Are the shards too big? Just pierce a few times with a chef's knife and you're done. They have wooden handles so I would hand wash them but that's a small price to pay for this level of efficiency. They are also easy to grab. I'm very glad I have them. Fried pork is now on the menu at my house!
