When I first used a saddlebag on a car trip, I lost one of the cases on the freeway. I only noticed it after a good 15-20 minute ride, and then the saddlebag was almost gone. The zipper doesn't stay in place, and due to the extra weight and wind pressure, it pops open and the velcro doesn't stay on. I reached out to Kuryakin to see if they could help, but I got a formulaic reply from them that they are not responsible for any damage etc. Kuryakin's customer service is excellent. Not only did I lose the money I spent on bags, but I also lost my camera and glasses as well as other items that I need to replace. I will not support any company that is in this business and leaves drivers to fend for themselves.
