When you smell this product in the bottle, it smells amazing. It's creamy. Looks nice. I hop in the shower and can't wait so I rub it in and it was real MENTHOL. I mean, imagine taking Hall's cough drops / Vika's vaporizer and washing your face with them. I usually like my cleanser to stay on but the sting was so bad I had to wash it off and I love a strong cleanser. Imagine one of those sticky heating pads that says not to shower right after you lose weight because it will burn your skin. That's exactly the feeling. So disappointed
