I really like this pre-workout complex for all of its listed benefits.
I really like this pre-workout complex because of all the plus points listed. I don't feel tingly or jittery while taking it. It's great because it helps me pump up well and I definitely feel like once I started taking it I put on more weight on my heavy days and was able to last longer on the days when I got lighter. It doesn't upset my stomach, which is nice. When I tried a few other PWOs, one made me nauseous as soon as I got up, and the other got shitty cold after a while. Overall it's a good pump and helps, but I feel like it could be a bit stronger.
