In general I am satisfied with the product. It feels a little wobbly to touch or move, but feels nice and solid when in place. Holds Acer's 32" curved monitor well and reduces the monitor's footprint on my desk, which was my goal. I'm happy with the up and down and side to side movement, but it's hard to adjust when leaning against a wall when all the screws are tight, so it would be a stand with a fixed position, not one that could be lightweight shifted when the viewing angles were. change. Assembly was easy, but the instructions are a bit scattered and vague. Some of the screws didn't go in easily the first time, so take this into account when setting up the monitor as the screw that attaches the bracket to the stand may be difficult to access depending on your desk location. It comes with two velcro straps which is nice and they seem big enough to secure cables but there aren't too many of them. In general, given the price and speed of delivery, it's worth the money and so far I'm happy with it.
