I usually wear a size 7 but a lot of reviews said this shoe runs small so I took a 7.5 but I'd like to at one 7 stay. The size corresponds to the size. I wear 7 in Nike sneakers as well as many other brands. There is an additional half size space from the toe to the bottom of the boot. Since my feet are rather narrow, I also had extra width in the toe area. The shoes have a lot of cushioning and support. If you're a PF you might want arch support inserts, but they're perfectly comfortable for me. I just ran 2 miles and I'm fine. Update: I've been running in these shoes at least 4 times a week since I've had them and they're really comfortable. Since I bought half a size bigger I started to lace up and then very tight. These shoes stretch like any other running shoe, so I would recommend taking your true size.
