Like sound, design and price after installation. However, as many reviewers on YouTube and other sites point out, the firmware and quality control are terrible. The optical input works fine but I can't use the eArc connector at all. It controls the volume, but 90% of the time there is no sound. Vizio Support thinks it's a bad HDMI port, which means 2 out of 3 Vizio devices in my house have been flagged as bad HDMI ports by Vizio Support. It's just poor quality control. Great sound for the price, but you're rolling the dice for a lemon.
