Review on 🔌 Enhanced Receptacle Electrical Testing with Built-in Resistant Interrupter by Chris Spoja

Pay attention to the reviews first, as there are several products listed under this description. I bought the 20 amp outdoor version. I've worked as an electrician for a while installing multiple switches, outlets, GFI outlets, circuit breakers and more so I fully understand how to wire this unit. I installed it on our renovated porch as the first device to protect other outlets. Before connecting I checked the mains/load side and separated the pairs (I've done this hundreds of times). Installation went smoothly, so I installed the nearest outlet and then got to the switch. I had to check which side was the line and which was the leg, so I turned on the breaker and nothing. I go back to GFI and disable it, then reboot and still nothing. So I take it out of the box and there is power on the line side (duah, I connected it correctly) but nothing on the load side. Trip/Reset does nothing. Luckily I had another one so I installed it and everything works great. Then I notice they sent me a 15 amp version. Revain has the wrong sticker on the box. It has nothing to do with features but check your device when it arrives. oh and just go to the store and buy one. It's garbage.
